What is published
Swealth Edge is a research terminal. A private engine watches filings, results and market news around the clock; when its methodology detects something, the signal is published here.
INSIDER CLUSTERS
Form 4 open-market purchases, grouped by issuer across a rolling window. Grants, exercises and derivative transactions are excluded, and the cluster definition is a registered hypothesis rather than a constant.
EARNINGS DRIFT
A screener over announced results and the reaction that followed, ranked by our own surprise measure. The known limitations of the effect are written into the explainer, not left out of it.
NEWS EVENTS
Structured extraction over a real-time news feed: what kind of event, how novel, how material. We publish the classification and link to the original release. We never republish the article.
How it is built
A row is not a verdict. Each one opens onto what fired, the thresholds it was measured against, the sources it was drawn from, and an honest account of how the signal type has behaved historically — including where it has not worked.
The Terminal publishes our own detections, our own measurements and our own summaries, with links out to the public originals. It does not redistribute third-party market data, news bodies or quotes.
Free access shows signals once they are 48 hours old. That is enforced by the database and by the server, not by hiding rows in the interface — a free session is never sent a signal it is not entitled to.
